Tufty-Bed by PATRICIA URQUIOLA

The Tufty Bed coating by B&B Italia is divided into large squares, joined by a bottom fold. Tufty bed is closed to the ground, providing, in this way, the possibility of accommodate a number of different grids (160 to 180 cm ) and a possible container.
B&B Italia realizes the Tufty-Bed with a internal frame in tubular steel and steel sections, with bedsprings in steel e slats in benchwood multilayer. The bed is completed by a raising mechanism for storage bed springs, operated by manually controlled gas spring. The internal platform for storage bed is composed by a panel in MDF wood fibre, and the feet are in natural oak. B&B Italia complete Tufty-Bed with fabric or leather cover.
