USER REGISTRATION
On TomassiniArredamenti.it you can register in a few simple steps, in order to simplify the purchase phase or to request a quote more quickly.
Upon registration you will be asked for an e-mail address, name, surname, city, country, and a possible telephone number (not mandatory). At the end of the procedure you will receive a self-generated password that you can change at any time.
By accessing your Profile you can change your personal data and preferences, enter your Dreambox , view the summary of your orders and check the requests for quotations that you have made.
Once registered, for each purchase or request for a quote you will no longer have to provide the shipping address and other personal data, as they have already been entered on Tomassini.com.
REQUEST A QUOTE
Requesting a quote on TomassiniArredamenti.it is very simple: just browse through the existing product categories and select the one you are interested in.
Inside the product sheet or in the preview you can consult the details of the chosen article, the relative images and any technical data sheet. You can make a request for a quote by clicking on the appropriate button "Request a quote".
You can remove or add more products to the same request for a quote before sending it.
To continue with the request you must select "Proceed with the estimate" on the Estimate page, specifying first the Nation and the City of delivery , necessary to calculate the transport costs.
If you are a registered user, enter your username and password to login and complete the request.
If you are a new user enter your e-mail address, your name and surname and click on the "Register Account and Finalize Quote" button and then "Continue". In this way you will have registered on our site (for which we will send you a self-generated password that you can change at any time), and the request for a quote for the selected items.
In 4-5 days you should receive a personalized quote from our staff at the e-mail address indicated. Otherwise you will have to contact us at [email protected] specifying the product of yours interest and any city of delivery.
The quote is not an automatic process but it is our Staff who must prepare it considering all the details of the items requested, the transport costs, etc., therefore it requires time and attention: for this reason we do not give prices over the phone!
TIPS:
- check that you have written your e-mail correctly otherwise you will not receive any response;
- check in the days following the request that our quote has not ended up in the "Spam" folder.
- before sending a request for a quote, always consult the technical data sheet of the selected products and specify in the appropriate field "Quote notes for this product" as much information as possible on what interests you (for example the dimensions of a sofa, if you prefer it covered in fabric or leather, the shades of color you would like, etc ...): this will greatly facilitate our work!
BUY FROM A QUOTE
To buy directly on TomassiniArredamenti.it simply browse through the existing product categories and select the one you want to buy (the chosen product must have the indicated price, otherwise you can only request a quote!).
Inside the product sheet or in the preview you can consult the details of the chosen article, the relative images and any technical data sheet. You can make the purchase by clicking on the appropriate "Add to cart" button.
Also in the product sheet you can click the "Check the price" button: by doing so we will check the availability of the product (especially if it is an exhibition product), and we will let you know if we can apply an extra discount.
It is possible to remove or add products to the cart before sending the request.
To continue with the purchase, select the item "Proceed with the order" on the Cart page, first specifying the country of delivery and the type of shipment you have chosen.
If you are a registered user, enter your username and password to login and complete the order.
If you are a new user enter your e-mail address and click on the "Create your Account" button: complete the fields with the required data and "Proceed with the order".
Before confirming, we will show you a summary of your shipping, billing and product details. Check all the details carefully and specify any special requests regarding the products or delivery.
To conclude and confirm the order, click on the "Complete Order" button: you will be contacted within 48 working hours by our staff to confirm receipt of your request!
PAYMENTS
To proceed with an order, the following is required:
- 50% of the amount upon confirmation of the order
- 50% of the amount when the goods are ready to be shipped

DELIVERY TIME
The times that characterize an order are as follows:
6-8 weeks for the PRODUCTION of the furniture (excluding the items on display that are ready): from the moment of the order confirmation to when the goods are available in our warehouse (August and December excluded);
1 week for QUALITY CONTROL: in this phase we check the conformity of the goods with respect to the order, its integrity and arrange the shipment to the requested address;
1 week for DELIVERY in European Union countries;
2-5 weeks for DELIVERY to countries outside the European Union.

- before shipping the goods, we always check the conformity with respect to the order placed, and the quality of what is received from the manufacturer: at that moment, before you pay 50% as the balance order, we will send you photos of all your products ready for shipment; you will be sure that all the ordered goods are really in our warehouse, ready to be delivered!
- to protect furniture in international shipments, we tailor-made additional protections in wooden boxes in our carpentry workshop, which are really difficult to damage!
- for delivery we use only the highest quality freight forwarders, specialized in the transport of furniture, and who have branches all over the world.
- our prices always include an all-risk insurance that covers any damage that may occur during delivery: if something arrives damaged we will replace it!

Can I get a quote over the phone?
Our telephone customer service is at your disposal to clarify all your doubts about both products and how to purchase, but does not provide prices to the phone. To get a quote you have to send a request directly through the website or by email at [email protected]
If I request a quote, can I get the price immediately or do I have to wait?
The quote is not an automatic process but there are people who have to prepare it considering all the details of the items requested, so it requires time and attention. We are usually able to respond within 4-5 business days.
Can I request a quote for several products?
Of course: after clicking the "Request a quote" button for the first product you are interested in, you can choose " Add products ”and continue to browse selecting others, and thus send a single request. To conclude, choose "Proceed with the estimate".
I requested a quote but have not received an answer. What should I do?
Check that the quote is not finished in the "Spam" folder: if you have not received a reply within 4-5 working days, you will have to contact us at [email protected] specifying the product of your interest and the possible city of delivery. If you are requesting a quote for the first time, check that you have written your e-mail correctly otherwise you will not receive any response!
To furnish an entire room, can I request a special quote?

I have already received a quote and I want to buy. How do I do it?
To proceed with the purchase you will need to provide us with the billing and delivery data. At that point we will send you an order form with all the details of what you have chosen (description, price, technical data sheet, photographs, finishes, etc.), with the payment methods, our bank details to make the bank transfer. down payment, and all our conditions of sale.
What are the payment conditions for purchasing?
To proceed with a purchase, 50% of the amount is required upon confirmation of the order, and the balance when the goods are ready to be shipped. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card (only at our headquarters) or financing (only at our headquarters).
