Panton started his career working for Louis Poulsen, and his first project was the Topan lamp, still today considered a style icon. Starting from the idea of a lamp that even if turned off can fill up the environment, he impressed the critics with the Fun collection. These spectacular lamps consist of two metal rings enriched by many nacre disks joined together by strings: a real sculpture that creates magical play of lighting. Verpan produces also chairs, sofas and accessories that furnish the best hotels, restaurants and shops all over the world.
