The Othello Table by Roberto Lazzeroni for Poltrona Frau is a dining table that echoes the rigor of Italian design from the 1950s and 1960s through clean lines and natural materials. The design is the result of a combination of wood, stone, and glass, without superfluous decorative elements. The name of the Othello Dining Table pays homage to Shakespeare's famous tragedy.

The Othello Dining Table stands out for the contrast between its solid, striking geometric wooden base with sharp edges and its curved, thin top, defined by a diamond-cut finish along the perimeter. A visual balance designed for contemporary dining rooms and open-plan kitchens.

Dimensions and configurations of the Othello Table

The Othello Table is available in two versions, designed for large dining rooms and central compositions:
Othello Round Table: cm. Ø155x74h.
Othello Rectangular Table: cm. 260×110x75h.

The Othello Dining Table can be configured by choosing the shape of the top, the material of the top (glass or marble), and the finish of the ash wood base, allowing you to adapt the table to the interior design and lighting of the room.

Features of the Othello Dining Table

Technical Features: The Poltrona Frau Othello Table has a top with polished edges and diamond-cut corners. The marble is reinforced underneath with technical mesh to increase its resistance to bending, breakage, and impact. The glass top has a visible stainless steel spacer connection between the top and base. Adjustable plastic tips are included, with a key provided. Polished marble is treated with transparent polyester varnish to increase surface resistance and reduce liquid absorption. Semi-polished marble has a protective water-repellent treatment for a more natural look.
