The Jane Table by contemporary French designer Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau interprets the table as an autonomous architectural presence, capable of occupying space without imposing hierarchies. The large, irregular tabletop is defined by deliberately rounded corners and an unconventional geometry that encourages a natural arrangement of people around the table. The Jane dining table was created as a meeting place, designed to accommodate convivial moments but also work and sharing activities.

The Poltrona Frau Jane Dining Table stands out for the strong visual contrast between the mass of the supporting columns and the marble top's perceived lightness. The imposing and irregular supports take on a central compositional role, while the top appears to be suspended thanks to a refined technical connection system. Features of the Jane Dining Table

Technical Features: The Jane Table has a shaped marble top with rounded edges, with a glossy or semi-glossy finish depending on the type. The underside of the top is reinforced with a technical mesh that increases its resistance to bending, impact, and breakage. The supporting structure consists of three columns in the rectangular version and four columns in the round version with a Lazy Susan. Each column of the Jane table consists of a steel top plate, a central body with a solid beech wood core covered with high-density MDF panels veneered in mocha-stained ash, and a titanium-colored painted steel floor plate. In the round version, the top is divided into radial sections with a central rotating Lazy Susan disc, equipped with an integrated rotation mechanism and removable sections for easy cleaning.
