The Mad Out outdoor sofa was born from the desire of Poliform and Marcel Wanders to pass on the iconic style of the Mad collection to an outdoor collection.
According to the words of Marcel Wanders, his goal is to extend the beauty that Poliform, a renowned company in the field of design furniture with which he has been collaborating for years, gives to interior spaces, even to the outdoor. The Mad Out collection is strongly linked to the Mad collection but at the same time has its own personal identity: its location in a large space allows it to have more generous volumes but at the same time manages to inspire lightness thanks to the intertwined materials used for the structure.
The backrest with curved shapes guarantees an enveloping sensation typical of the Mad collection but also becomes a decorative element: the geometric pattern created by the intertwined ropes lets the light filter in, giving the Mad Out outdoor sofa great refinement.
The backrest structure is made of tubular stainless steel and enriched with intertwined polypropylene ropes available in three color. The feet are in thermoplastic material and the soft seat and back cushions are covered in a special fabric for outdoor use. The cover is completely removable.
The collection also includes an armchair, perfect for furnishing your outdoor space.
