The M.a.s.s.a.s. sofa is the project without rules, the order geometric is broken, designed by Patricia Urqiola. Moroso has made the M.a.s.s.a.s. sofa with large volumes and with soft surfaces.
The main feature of the M.a.s.s.a.s. sofa collection are the seams that are evident basting walking the perimeter of the sofa, and then disappear as the ribs. Moroso complete the collection of M.a.s.s.a.s. sofa with a modular system of armchair and small armchair. Each element has a strong and independent character, with the sculptural presence. The M.a.s.s.a.s. sofa is composed by a structure seat in polyurethane foam of different densities on wood frame and a arm and backrest in injected flame-retardant foam on steelframe. The base has feet in black polypropylene screwed to the frame. The cover is removable and it is available with fabrics specially selected for the collection M.a.s.s.a.s., coupled with polyester fiber and polyurethane to give special support and body to the cover.
