The Laleggera chair is the high expression of lightness, realized by the Alias historic Italian company. This chair, designed in 1996 by Riccardo Blumer, is exposed in the most important design collections of the world: the New York MomA , at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris and at the Milan Triennale.Laleggera Chair combines a traditional material like wood and a most innovative one such as the polyurethane: in fact the chair has a multi-laminar wood covering and an internal support in injected polyurethane. The Laleggera chair is extremely resistant despite its light weight (only 2.3 kg!). The Laleggera collection also includes a chair with armrests, an armchair, a stool and a bench.
