Hidden Kiss by SANDRO TOMASSINI

The kinetic painting Hidden Kiss by Sandro Tomassini is a particular work, composed of sliding wooden panels covered in Alcantara of various colors; by moving them, they reveal at the bottom of the structure one of the few figurative representations of the artist: images of two faces, belonging to a man and a woman, kissing. Hence the title of the work, Hidden Kiss precisely, which has been jokingly described by the artist as an elegant Mondrian or a black and white figurative.

Presented at the Premio Arte Mondadori, it was a finalist in 2017 and was exhibited at the Palazzo Reale in Milan.
