The Italian designer Umberto Asnago, a long-lasting collaborator of the Made In Italy lighting brand Penta Light, is the author of the Lit suspension lamp, a complement with a changing and versatile nature.Despite its linear and essential design, this suspension lamp is able to transform itself from a sculpture to a lighting object depending on whether the light is on or off. In fact, the internal diffuser in sanded striped glass becomes visible only when it lights up, appearing through the cylindrical lampshade in violet, blue, gold or orange glass. Even when turned off, the lamp reflects the surrounding lights, enriching the atmosphere with colours and movement. Lit, available in three different sizes, features a polished chrome-plated metal structure, and is fixed to the ceiling by means of a white titanium rosette.
