The Spring sofa is the latest chapter of a long project by Moroso, started in 2002 by the designer Patricia Urquiola, when she designed Springfield, a sofas system with solid geometric and elegant shape.
In 2008 the project was extended with Field sofa, review of the original project, which provided for the independence of the various modules. Born in 2010, the Springsof has completed the course. An important sofa and at the same time by the small size of the individual elements.
Moroso, leader in made in Italy design, devotes great attention to details, which can also be seen in Spring, through the choice of eco-friendly and sustainable fabrics and materials. The Spring sofa is composed by a wooden frame covered with LYMPHA microcellular polyurethane foam from vegetable oils. Moreover it has high breathability which allows an excellent level of aeration, avoiding the formation of moulds, mites and bacteria. The covers Moroso advises, froma which it provides, should be equally natural fabrics such as the organic cottons.
