Au Revoir is a modular suspension lamp created by the designer Matteo Ugolini for the Italian lighting brand Karman.Composed of individual modules of various shapes and sizes, this original piece of furniture is one of the most particular products inside the company's collections. The lamp takes shape from the union of the various elements combined so as to obtain a personal and unique composition, whose shape is inspired by the traditional glass craft of the past. The structure in opal white glass is made up of sinuous arms with a floral style that seem to be melt by the heat of the light, like the wax of a candle, thus symbolically representing the end of any moment or situation.
The Au Revoir collection includes two chandelier compositions, respectively with 11 and 5 arms, and the table lamp.
