Supermax Sofa by ANTONIO CITTERIO
First designed in 1983 by Antonio Citterio, one of the most influential architects and designers on the contemporary scene, the Max sofa returns with the name Supermax. Thus one of Flexform's most popular designs returns, but in a more modern key. The distinctive features of the original sofa are preserved in the new model, which features more prominent proportions. Antonio Citterio reinterprets the initial design to make the Supermax sofa a transversal piece of furniture, suitable not only for contract areas but also for living spaces.
The Supermax sofa features a lower tubular metal frame than the original version, favoring a more relaxed seating position. The seat retains the classic bean shape but with larger dimensions and more voluminous padding, improving comfort.
Supermax sofa upholstery is available in Flexform's wide range of fabrics, an exclusive, high-quality collection. The metal frame can be in burnished, polished anthracite or matte lacquer finishes in different colors.
