The DS-600 Snake Sofa is a creative idea conceived by designers U. Berger, E. Peduzzi-Riva, H. Ulrich, and K. Vogt for the Swiss company de Sede.

This modular seating system is inspired by a legendary creature of the Alps, the Tatzelwurm (which means "worm with legs"): its shapes resemble those of a snake. The DS-600 sofa is extremely versatile and suitable for furnishing any space, thanks to the infinite possibilities of combining modules according to individual needs. It has also earned a place in the Guinness World Records as the longest sofa in the world.

The uniqueness of the DS-600 sofa lies in its highly original design and the possibility of having a new sofa every day, which can be moved in any direction at will. An icon of the collection since 1972, De Sede produces this distinctive piece of furniture with leather or fabric upholstery, and even with waterproof fabrics, so that it can be placed on partially covered terraces.
