Oldie Soie Rug by CC-TAPIS
Oldie is characterized by a particular lived-in effect obtained by randomly cutting some knots once the weaving is competed. When the knots open, they cover some parts of the colored cotton weft creating a delicate contrast that makes the design more dynamic and gives it a unique look. The carpet, available in a wide range of colors, is hand-knotted according to the ancient Tibetan weavers' craft techniques, using fine Himalayan wool and pure silk.
