The New York bed by Saba, designed by Sergio Bicego, is the natural evolution of the homonymous collection of sofas. Its harmonious shapes and the unmistakable hexagonal quilted headboard make it a piece of furniture capable of blending contemporary design with retro sophistication. Every detail, from the proportion of the lines to the choice of materials, reflects the tailor-made approach typical of the Saba brand. The New York Air stands out for its suspended structure, supported by sled feet in extruded metal with a black nickel finish, which visually lightens the profile of the bed, giving it an elegant and airy appearance. The New York Box version, on the other hand, features a fuller padded base, with a wooden frame covered in white cotton paired with polyester fiber, for a more solid and significant presence in the room.
Both versions of the New York bed are completely removable, a detail that combines practicality and refinement. In the leather variant, additional stitching highlights the artisanal quality of the Saba craftsmanship. The headboard is made of padded wood with expanded polyurethane and covered in cotton fabric paired with polyester fiber, to offer optimal support and comfort.
