Renowned Italian designer Cini Boeri created the Pecorelle Sofa for Arflex, a 1970s-era piece that continues to captivate with its creative and youthful style. For this sofa, the architect says she drew inspiration from the land art works of husband and wife Christo Vladimirov Javasev and Jeanne-Claude Denat de Guillebon, masters of transforming landscapes. Nature, therefore, takes center stage and becomes the inspiration for this unique design project. Presented by Arflex as part of its collection, the Pecorelle sofa features slender black lacquered metal feet that contrast with the generous padding of the seat, backrest, and armrests. The Pecorelle sofa is upholstered in fabric, chosen from the extensive Arflex collection, and is also available as an armchair.
