Auckland, with its blend of modernity and residential tranquillity, provides the perfect setting for this villa. The elegant and imposing structure opens up to an exclusive outdoor space with a pool, sun loungers, sofas and a dining area that blends seamlessly with the interiors. The glass surfaces, dark metal accents and natural wood finishes create a harmonious balance, while the white interiors enhance the brightness and spacious feel.

Tomassini Arredamenti designed the interior and exterior spaces, carefully selecting each piece of furniture to create a refined environment where luxury is expressed through the quality of materials and attention to detail. The veined marble, used in several areas, adds a sculptural elegance, while the light oak flooring adds warmth to the space. The floating staircase, with its lightness, becomes a design element that leads the eye to the upper floor.

Furniture by Roda and Tribù has been chosen for the outdoor areas. Inside, design pieces by Edra and Glas Italia define an elegant and distinctive style. The colour palette, ranging from warm neutrals to metallic accents, blends in with the surrounding nature, creating a harmonious dialogue between inside and out.
