Designing a luxury store

From concept to rendering

The aim of this interior design project was to create an environment that reflects the store's identity, characterised by a refined image and an offer of sophisticated and high-quality products.

During the design phase, architect Andrea Tomassini worked with the aim of enhancing a shop located in a historic building in the center of Terni. Rendered images played an essential role in visualising the entire project, allowing the refinement of details and ensuring a perfect design.

The store has two windows, one facing the main square of the town centre and the other overlooking a side street. To optimise space, clothing racks were strategically placed against the side window. The ceiling lighting was carefully designed to positively influence the perception of space and create a sense of spaciousness. To maximise the brightness of the environment, structural and decorative elements in glass and glossy surfaces were included into the design project.

Throughout the design phase, Henge emerged as the ideal brand for lighting, playing a pivotal role in crafting the perfect ambiance to elevate this exclusive store. Falegnameria Tomassini took charge of designing fixtures, shelving, displays, and racks. The outcome of this collaboration is an environment that authentically embodies the distinctive style of the store.

Andrea Tomassini

Architect

Owner and Design Director of Tomassini Arredamenti, he holds a degree in architecture from La Sapienza University in Rome. For over 25 years, he has been developing projects for both residential and commercial spaces, both indoors and outdoors. He supervises and coordinates the activities of the team, always bringing in that distinctive idea that makes the difference and adds value to each project. He listens carefully to clients' needs and is constantly on the move, personally supervising the projects he is involved in. Even in his free time, he continues to run - not just for fun but as part of his training program for the next marathon.
